Fallout New Vegas Charisma Playthrough with Joe and Al #1

Fallout New Vegas is kinda weird. It doesn’t have the same control scheme as the other Fallout games I’ve played, even though all the mechanics function more or less in exactly the same way. Switching regularly between this and Fallout 76 it’s really impressive how far the ability to have foliage on screen has evolved. Jumping from the lush forests of West Virginia to the barren deserts of New Mexico is jarring even if it is justified by the setting. Even so, there’s a lot to like with this game. Dialogue trees go way deeper and matter more than in any recent Fallout game I’ve played, which is why we thought it’d be good to build our character around charisma. Unfortunately you still have to shoot stuff sometimes.
